I live in a gated community called Chula Vista Norte. It is a single level two bedroom two bathroom home with a small backyard that my doggies go in and out of. I have a nice size kitchen fully stopped with pretty much every appliance you think you might need if you enjoy cooking. I don’t have any plants that need to be watered just fur babies that need companionship. The Internet here is excellent.

You will be within walking distance to a small strip mall and Walmart is just across from there. The carretera is the main road running in front of the Walmart, there are buses that run all along there between Chapala and Jocotepec. You can also use Uber here. I will get you some numbers to call for them.

Responsibilities

As a house/pet sitter I would require that you feed and water my two little dogs. It’s not necessary to walk them, Noe might enjoy going for a walk but Latte isn’t leash trained. I usually just keep the back patio door open all day so they can run in and out as they please. Latte enjoy spending a lot of time in the backyard. I would appreciate it if you could occasionally mop the floor and dust the furnishings. You will probably have to sweep the floors a couple of times a day as the dogs are constantly bringing in little twigs and cuttings from the backyard that stick to their fur. I would appreciate it if you didn’t rearrange anything in the house.  (My last sitters rearrange my kitchen drawers, and it drove me crazy when I found out.)  You will be provided with your own room and your own bathroom. I will try to leave you some space in the closet and empty a couple of drawers for your stuff. The master bedroom will be off-limits. There is also a washer and dryer in the house so you can do your laundry if you need to.
