Thank you for checking out our listing! We offer a longer term house sit opportunity in a tranquil off-grid setting.
Our main house and guest casita are located on 8 acres near El Pescadero in Baja California Sur. We are 7 km (5 miles) from the highway on a dirt road so a vehicle with some clearance is a must, but four wheel drive is not necessary. Once on the highway it is approximately 10 minutes to Cerritos Beach, 15 minutes to Todos Santos and 45 minutes to downtown Cabo San Lucas.
Pets are welcome. Approximately two acres of the property are fenced. There is one outdoor cat (TJ) to care for. Wifi is provided, and cell phone reception in the area is good.
Some knowledge of living on solar is a plus. The main house does have air conditioning that you will be able to use during the daytime on hotter summer days. A palapa carport is onsite to keep your vehicle in the shade.
The property is quiet and semi-remote. Local ranch animals often stop by to visit from the other side of the fence. The palapa overlooking the ocean makes a great yoga, meditative and relaxing space!
Because of the unique nature of our off-grid property, we are looking for house sitters that are up for a bit of an adventure and are comfortable with living on solar. It's a beautiful setting and an experience you will never forget!

Responsibilities
Watering of plants, feeding the outdoor cat (TJ) and some basic pool maintenance, other than that just enjoy the view!Photos
