2 Months: Feb & March! Las Brisas Beachfront – No Pets

We are from Canada and have a 6 bedroom Beachfront home which we operate as a bed and breakfast. We live on the main floor and rent the upper 3 bedrooms throughout the year and on some larger holidays the full house but mainly the rooms upstairs. We have a pool, and are directly on the beach.
The home is on the beach and is fully staffed with a cleaner 2 times a week, pool maintenance and grounds keeper so really the only thing needed would be to care for the check in and out of guests and do some light cleaning and continental meal prep.
There is Starlink wifi and a bedroom with its own washroom and patio for you as a guest and it is separate from the guests who will be upstairs. This would suit a single or a couple with hospitality experience and both English and Spanish Language ability.
Responsibilities
The home is on the Beach and we do not want to interrupt rentals therefore we are searching for sitters who would be interested in taking on the responsibility of helping with the turnover of the guests in exchange for staying in the main part of the house at no cost (instead of pet care, which is the "typical exchange".The home is on the beach and is fully staffed with a cleaner 2 times a week, pool maintenance and grounds keeper so really the only thing needed would be to care for the check in and out of guests and do some light cleaning and continental meal prep.
