Spacious, light filled one bedroom apartment (upstairs) located in Colonia Guadalupe, one of the best neighborhoods in San Miguel.  Large courtyard, terrace and rooftop space.  Fully furnished with king size bed, comfortable living room couch that turns into queen size bed, full kitchen with full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, pots and pans, towels, sheets, etc.  Fast, dependable Wifi.  Off street parking for one car.  10 minute walk from the main Jardin, bus service and taxis two blocks away.  Two blocks from well stocked grocery store, with many other small convenience stores within a five minute walk. Several small restaurants and wonderful bakeries within a few blocks.  Great Location!

Move in and move out dates are flexible.

Responsibilities

No pets.  Care of plants, which basically require watering once a week.  Gardener comes once a week.  Cleaning service is available but not provided by landlord.  Water and electricity provided, house sitters pay for their own gas.

Other than taking care of the plants, house sitter is expected to maintain a presence and alert landlord to any issues/emergencies that may arise.  Landlord will provide information for plumber, electrician and other emergency numbers.
