My home is on a hill overlooking the ocean in La Loma, La Mision, It is 45 miles from the California border in San Ysidro. I often go to the border by bus and cross by foot to do business and see family in San Diego. The transit system in San Diego is great. Many people from this gated community drive back and forth to and from SD. I just prefer not to deal with traffic.

I have a very sweet dog, Molly. She is a mutipoo and weighs about 20 lbs. I walk her 2X per day; in the morning and afternoon. The beach is only about a quarter mile away to walk to. It is a rather small community and getting to a small store is short walk. Buses come about every hour from Hwy 1 and there is a stop. I have internet and subscribe to a few Chanels using my Apple Stick.

I just recently moved here from Lake Chapala and I love the peacefulness, the beauty, and the friendliness of the people.

Responsibilities

Molly is used to sleeping with me. The guest room has a king sized bed and she is a noninvasive sleeper. She needs to be walked a couple times a day. She is almost 9, but has more energy than one may expect, though she is not at all "hyper." Feeding and walking instructions and any other needed information will be communicated at the time of confirmation and written down. I will always be available by phone or text with any questions.

All drawers and some closet space in guest room are for sitters or guests.
