June/July in Morelia! One of Mexico’s Must-See Colonial Cities

My house is just three blocks from the cathedral in beautiful, historic, downtown Morelia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. I would like a house and dog sitter to arrive on June 21st, staying in my guest casita to let Andy, my dog, get used to the idea. (He's a terror-ier and highly protective of me and my house.)
My house is newly restored, and well located (a walking score of 95!) with excellent WiFi. There are many Combis available on my street, and an Uber is just a quick click away. I will attach photos to this.
It's a small house, just two bedrooms, but the guest casita is separate from the main house. The photo with the turquoise bedspread is the guest quarter's king-sized bed. There is also an upstairs half-bath and a full bath with a shower downstairs.
It will be during the rainy season, so some watering of under cover plants.
There is a housekeeper that comes on Friday mornings, Olga, generally 9-12, when Andy is at Dog Camp. I usually try to stay out of her way while she's here.

Responsibilities
Andy-the-dog goes to Dog Camp three days a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, which involves walking about a mile to the place where the van picks him up and meeting the van at 4:30 to walk him home. On Tuesday, Thursday and the weekends, I give him a morning and afternoon walk. He gets breakfast around 7-8:00 on Dog Camp days, later in the morning when I sleep in a bit. Dinner is at 5:00 (and he'll remind you of the time!) He sleeps with me, but no need to let him on your bed in the Casita. He'll be fine sleeping on mine in the main house.It will be during the rainy season, so some watering of under cover plants.

Sign up for Michoacan Net. Mostly folks from Patzcuaro, but a few from Morelia. (Patzcuaro is about 45 minutes away. Definitely worth a day trip.)Also, on Facebook, there's a group, Expats in Morelia, that's excellent for all that's going on in the city.
