Welcome to my bright and breezy apartment in Playa del Carmen! 🏝️ It’s on the 4th floor of a private and secure community, making it extra fresh and peaceful. The complex offers 3 swimming pools plus a children’s pool, a gym, and plenty of green areas.

✨ Extra note about dates & flexibility: My dates are flexible—if you arrive earlier or stay longer, that’s perfectly fine with me. What’s important is that I can meet you starting on October 28th, so I can introduce you properly to my pets and explain everything for a smooth stay. I return on November 7th, and if you’d like to stay more days, we can discuss it and find the best option for everyone.

Inside my apartment, you’ll find:

A fully equipped kitchen (perfect for cooking your own meals).

WiFi and air conditioning to keep you comfortable.

A guest bedroom and bathroom, plus a laundry center.

The location is ideal: there’s a convenience store on the corner, supermarkets and shops nearby, and taxis pass by very frequently (it’s less than $4 USD to the city center). Public transportation is only a 5-minute walk away. The vibrant center of Playa del Carmen is less than 10 minutes by taxi, and the most beautiful beach—on 38th Street, directly off my street exit—is just 8 minutes away.

Now, meet my furry family, the real stars of this home 🐾💛:

Cita, my senior blind cat, enjoys her dry food during the day, but it’s important she also gets her soft dinner meal in the evening. She’s calm, affectionate, and so grateful for gentle care.

Cisne and Kitty are two sweet, tender cats. They only ask for food, clean litter boxes, and a few treats—the rest, they give back as joy, playfulness, and cuddles.

Cloe, my tiny Chihuahua, is also blind. She is quiet, loving, and very easy to care for. She doesn’t move much but needs attention and company, as she doesn’t like being left alone.

This sit is more than just pet care—it’s enjoying a cozy home with great amenities while experiencing the best of Playa del Carmen. Between the pools, gym, and nearby beaches, plus the company of my affectionate pets, you’ll feel both relaxed and rewarded every day of your stay. 🌺

Responsibilities

• Care for Cita (senior blind cat): Provide her regular dry food, and make sure she has her soft dinner meal in the evening. It’s important to ensure she eats—if her mouth hurts and she refuses food, please let the vet know. She has an autoimmune condition, but it’s very well controlled, and the vet comes to the house if needed. Normally, everything is stable, but her meals are essential. She enjoys gentle attention and a calm presence.
  
  Care for Cisne and Kitty (cats): Feed them, keep their water fountains filled, clean their litter boxes regularly, and offer treats or a little playtime. They are very easygoing and affectionate.
  
  Care for Cloe (blind Chihuahua):
  
  Give her food and fresh water.
  
  She enjoys short walks only in the gardens of the private community.
  
  Please try to keep her alone as little as possible—she loves company.
  
  Cloe needs to sleep with you; it helps her feel safe. Occasionally, she may ask at night to go down for water or to pee, but not often. Most nights she sleeps peacefully like a baby.
  
  Maintain a clean and comfortable home: Basic tidiness is enough. A trusted helper named Juanita comes every Monday and Thursday to clean the whole apartment, so you won’t have to do much. She’s truly wonderful and kind.
  
  Enjoy the apartment and amenities: Feel free to use the kitchen, WiFi, air conditioning, pools, and gym responsibly while staying.
  
  Your main responsibility is to give love, care, and companionship to Cita, Cisne, Kitty, and Cloe, while enjoying a cozy and fresh apartment in Playa del Carmen. 🐾✨
