First time HSM for both parties and wow was it a HIT!. From the first meeting to the final goodbye, Ileana was wonderful. She immediately bonded with Tusa joining us for an introductory walk in the neighborhood. We are always a bit sad and nervous about leaving Tusa but Ileana sent pics and videos regularly and it was clear that all was good. She asked all the right questions to make certain that the sit went smoothly. The casita was immaculate when she left. Tusa looked relaxed and happy upon our return. Ileana even managed to get her to the dog groomers arranging transportation and a spot in the groomers busy schedule for a bath. She’s a capable, kind and energetic person and we would love to have her stay another time.
