Our apartment is located in Residencial El Milagro in Colonia La Lejona 2 miles from Centro. It is the third floor on a three storey-building. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living/dining room and kitchen, with a nice balcony. There is Wifi in our apartment. There are plants that would need watering, they are easy to take care for.
Our dog is a wonderful 4 year old medium size rescue: Lena. She looks a bit like a greyhound mixed with a shepherd dog. She is extremely loving, however, it takes a bit of time to earn her trust. A day or perhaps two. Fully potty trained, she loves walks, playing and greek yogurt. She sleeps most of the night in her bed but might climb to the people's bed early morning when it gets colder.
The residential has beautiful gardens to wander through, pools, paddle courts, gym and a nice working place at the common area. City Market, the grocery store, is just a mile away, although you can order online and get it delivered home.
For transportation there is Uber available, as well as public transportation just outside the residential, but it will be important to check the routes.

Responsibilities

Take care of Lena, she loves being accompanied, and struggles when left alone for a long time.
She eats twice a day - 7am and 7pm
Go for walks with her, at least three per day and if possible play with her a bit inside the appartment.

Water the plants once a week.
