Roxy is a small dog that loves people.  She loves to be walked and the condo has nice walking areas.

West Ajijic 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Internet, ground floor, no stairs. Open floor plan. Nice kitchen with full size oven air fryer, toaster oven and dish washer.

Washer and dryer in the unit.  Nice neighbors. Swimming pool.

Bus stop is just up the street on the Carretera.  Condo is close to San Juan Cosola and Ajijic.  The buses runs up and down the Carretera all day and frequently.

 

Responsibilities

Take care of Roxy.  She eats 2 times a day.  When  you get up and around 5pm.

She has a doggie door in the master bedroom so she goes in and out as she pleases. She will not come when you call her. But she'll jump on your lap all the time when she wants to.

She is really no challenge at all.
