Experience Casa Del Mirador: High Above Manzanillo

My house is in Manzanillo in the state of COLIMA, on the Peninsula De Santiago. The house is on a hill overlooking Las Hadas Resort, a spectacular view of Manzanillo Bay, downtown Manzanillo, the open ocean and Santiago bay. We are five minutes to grocery, gas, and restaurants. The house has a huge terrace that has a rich and wonderful breeze throughout the day and showcases a wonderful view of the city at night. There is a swimming pool for your enjoyment.
I have two small dogs, Lola a small Schnauzer and Briso a chihuahua poodle mix. The dogs live indoors. I also have 3 cats: Mango, male, Zena, a mixed Siamese and lulu, calico female cat. All cats reside outside.
We have high speed internet, Netflix, Apple Plus, Prime Video and Haystack that provides international news. Cleaning service is by Isabel the housekeeper, who cleans the house and waters plants on Tuesday and Friday. Isabel speaks English and Spanish.
the house location is at the end of La CIMA street. Which provides a quiet and wonderful atmosphere. On weekends you can hear music from Las Hadas Resort. las Hadas also has a marine which has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy.

Responsibilities
Feed dog and cats twice a day. Check on the inside and outside plants to make sure the plants have been watered. There is a sprinkler system and Isabel, the housekeeper, also waters the plants as necessary. At times the plants need to be checked in case the sprinklers are not working or Isabel has missed a plant or two. The house and terrace plants Isabel also waters. For your information, We have a Gardner that does gardeners once a month and also fumigates inside and out. We have a pool service which cleans the pool twice a week.Photos
