Beautiful Lake Chapala: End of June Thru Early to Mid August
Riberas del Pilar, Jal, Mexico
Our home is located in the Lake Chapala area of Jalisco. We are as far East before you enter the town of Chapala. We are up at the higher end of the mountain. We do not have a view of the Lake because we have a walled back yard and there are many houses between us and the lake. Our asset is being far away from all the noise associated with celebrations that happen 5 to 7 nights a week.
We have two little white purebred female Mexican street dogs...........lol One of the girls is blind, but she navigates the house quite well. Her special word to use if you were taking her out to the backyard to go potty or anything she might run into is "careful" this tells her she is about to run into something.
We have a very nice 3 bedroom (one bedroom is right now office clutter and will probably still be that way during your sit), but the other two bedrooms both have king sized beds in them. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils you would need. We have a dining room that can seat eight, a "reading" area and living room. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with a shower, the 2nd bedroom has a bathroom just around the corner. We have two housekeepers who come on Tuesday and Friday, so you really don't have to do any cleaning.
If you do not have a vehicle, the walk down to the main east/west bus transportation is about a 7 minute walk. Taxis are readily available and most of them speak English.
We have a gardner that comes Saturday mid-afternoon, so you need to be here to let him in (I usually open the side garage door) The yard will not need any additional watering unless we have a drought period without rain, then maybe twice in a week when the gardner doesn't come, please water with the sprinkler about 10-15 minutes in 3 areas (using too much water will make the aljibe run out of water and it costs 800 pesos to have a truck come to fill it).
Our exact dates are still not confirmed yet, but it will be sometime between the end of June thru early to mid August.

Responsibilities
