Thirteen year-old Lab Retriever (acts like 5) needing care and loving attention.  Home is in a secure, guard-gated community in El Centenario, a part of the La Paz Municipality, Baja Sur. Low maintenance loving lab who pretty much only demands two meals a day and lots of pool time. Home has international TV, high speed internet, pool, outdoor kitchen and comfortable inside/outside living space in prestigious community. Multiple outdoor seating/table options to enjoy outstanding views. A car is a necessity as local transportation is basically unreliable/unavailable. Home is 10 minutes away from major shopping and a 20-minute, 8-mile drive, to downtown and the Malecon. Multiple good restaurants and grocery stores 5 minutes away. Many beach options ranging from 5 minutes drive away to 45 minutes to Pacific and tourist beaches of Tecolote and Balandra.

Responsibilities

Care for dog's needs, i.e., feed and exercise morning and evening to include belly rubs. Toss ball into pool for him to chase. Some plant watering and daily interior sweeping.
