This light-filled, 2-bedroom/2 bath apartment is part of a gated complex in San Miguel de Allende (the neighborhood of San Antonio). It is 2 flat blocks walking distance to shops, stores, restaurants, pharmacies, galleries, parks, and churches with easy access to buses and taxis. Gas, electricity, purified water on-tap, WiFi included.

Access to beautiful, covered roof deck with a million dollar view of San Miguel. There are several potted plants on the roof upstairs as well as a couple of trees at the bottom of the stairs which will need water when they get dry.

My house manager lives close by. She is reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. She'll make sure this house is beautifully clean for your arrival. With  access to plumbers, electricians, and handymen she can help if there's a need.

Responsibilities

Hunter is a 13-year old Schnauzer/mix 17-kilo dog who loves his toys. He gets two meals a day: at breakfast he gets a Floxitine pill (because the firecrackers sometimes make him nervous), at dinner he gets Chondroflex (for his hip joints) and he gets Arnica montana (for pain relief, if needed). I take him down to the garden to "do his duty" when he wakes up around 6:45 in the morning. Later in the day I offer to take him for walks around the block, but frequently he prefers to stay in our garden. He does love it up on our rooftop patio--but be careful when tossing his frisbee; the breezes can take his toy over the wall!

Dr. Merrill is the vet who has taken care of Hunter for 5 years. He knows I'm going out of town, and you can call if there's an emergency.
