From the very beginning, Franklyn was a wonderful pet sitter. We were fortunate enough to meet him in-person during the interview phase and we were particularly pleased that he took detailed notes about the dogs, their behavior, as well as the house. Once we made the decision to have him sit for us the communication was excellent.
Franklyn did a wonderful job watching our two pups. He kept us informed daily and it was wonderful to get daily photos and videos of Harkin and Obi-Juan. Communication while we were away was excellent.
Finally, Franklyn did a great job taking care of our casita. After he left, everything was in its place, the kitchen was clean, the bed was stripped, and all linens were ready to be laundered.
Franklyn is a very nice guy and truly a fantastic pet sittter. He is extremely responsible and I would highly recommend him.
