We had Doug come and housesit for us. He did an excellent job watering my hundreds of plants, keeping the house in order & taking care of Brindle & Fiona; my two dogs. We picked Doug up at the airport & had an enjoyable conversation riding back to the house. Doug came 2 days early to get him acclimated & make him feel comfortable before leaving. We picked Doug up at the airport & had an enjoyable conversation riding back to the house. Doug came 2 days early to get him acclimated & make him feel comfortable before leaving. Went with him into town (Central historical) on the local bus to show him around and show him where pharmacies are, stores & nearby outdoor restaurants to walk to in our neighborhood. Doug was able to see our friend, a dermatologist, while staying at the house. He went out to breakfast with some friends down the street a few times. Doug did run out of water while here, but we left him emergency money & my friends down the street stepped in to to help with calling a water truck. All got resolved pretty fast. All & All, Doug did a fantastic job & we'd be happy to have him return again. I highly recommend Doug if you are looking for a reliable friendly caring house sitter who loves animals. I know after driving Doug back to the airport, Brindle & Fiona were looking for Doug as they really took to him & would be happy to see him again. Happy to call Doug a "new friend" of ours & he is always welcome to come visit.

The housesit for Gord and Beth was wonderful. We stayed in their equipped casita, with full bathroom and kitchen, a short walk from the main house. We spent most our time swimming in their good sized pool overlooking the chaparral mountains and distant ocean view. We took care of a very independent Guapo, blonde retriever. Gentle, sweet and very friendly dog that carried on well with our dog, & his 3 (cat )siblings. The cats are so sweet and friendly. They are outdoor cats We had to warm up to TJ . BUT Lucas the tabby was happy for head scratches any chance he got. We had a blast with all their pets. In the neighborhood there are goats, donkeys, cows, chickens and roosters. They did not disturb us at all. We actually enjoyed the nature, peace and quiet. It's a 20 min drive to the main road from the house so a car is needed. We went to town a couple times a week for supplies and to get to know the area. Cabo San Lucas is 25 minutes south once you're on the main road, while Cerritos and Pescadero are about 10 mins north. Gord and Beth are so accommodating and kind. Their chill and laid back vibe made the stay so easy. We WHATS APP messaged once a week so we felt good about communication. Chad and I would definitely sit for them again if able. Special thanks to Gord and Beth for trusting us with your house and the guaps! Cheers!!

Our dogs loved Belinda. It was clear when we returned home. They would see her and run for pets and love. Belinda arrived before we left to go over the details of the house and pet sit and stayed two days beyond to ensure we arrived home in time. We really appreciate that! She was respectful of our home and communicated any issues that arose with us promptly. We do not hesitate in recommending her and would use her again. She was here 21 days.

We were extremely excited to be able to house sit for Cam & Erma at their lovely "Better Homes and Gardens” estate. They are located in Ajijic within walking distance of the Plaza and many awesome restaurants. We especially loved dipping in their saltwater pool and showing love and affection to their well-behaved furry pets. If ever we are not available, and you are selected as a sitter, you will mark this down as one of your favorite house sits.

Shannon and Michael’s house was very pleasant to sit for! Their two cats are very sweet and low-maintenance. I enjoyed spending time watering the plants every few days. The neighborhood is extremely safe and you are able to walk into Ajijic in a relatively short amount of time. I’d happily sit for them again any time!

A full accounting of expenses and payments was provided when we returned from our 3 month trip abroad. He took excellent care of our dog, 2 cats and chickens and our home. Helena and Jim's home is beautiful in a lovely part of Ajijic. Taking care of Lola was a dream. She is a love bug who just wants to spend time curled up with you. But she is also fine with being left to nap curled up on her perch on the sofa. Lola knows her routine better than you can. She takes you on her walk and shows you all her favorite sights and smells. Gary housesat for us from June 17-30, 2023, and was amazing. His husband, James, was to be here as well but due to an illness with their dog, Gary came alone. We knew that he was sad to leave his ailing pet but he came anyway. Lola and he bonded beautifully. Gary sent pictures of Lola frequently and always contacted us when he had a question. We would recommend him highly.

We were delighted with the care shown to our pets by Mike and Dahlia. They kept in touch with us on a regular basis by WhatsApp with photos of our beloved dogs which was much appreciated. Our house in Tepoztlan was left in immaculate condition and all the animals were in good condition. We highly recommend them. Fortunately, they arrived at our place the day before which enabled us to meet them and get to know them a bit. Delightful people with a charming young son - Diego. Gillian & John
