These terms are entered into by and between HouseSitMexico and you, you accept them by placing and ad in this website, using the website in any other way and by acknowledging agreement with this terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do no use this website.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold HouseSitMexico and its subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, licensors, suppliers, alliance members, other partners, employees and representatives harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Information you submit, post or transmit through the site, your violation of any applicable laws or the rights of another, your use of the Site to contact registered members, to search for Housesitters, or to use content or other information on the site.
Limitation of Liability
HouseSitMexico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages including but not limited to, damages to property resulting from a Housesitting assignment, use, data or other intangible losses, loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill, electronically transmitted orders, or other economic advantage.
You agree to hold HouseSitMexico harmless from any liability or claim arising out of information you submit or transmit through the site. You agree that HouseSitMexico is not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of the site, including actual physical damages and theft of your property.
Disclaimer
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the site is at your own risk. There is no guarantee by HouseSitMexico of the accuracy of the content that members publish on the site. HouseSitMexico does not guarantee that the content on the site will be accurate or free of mistakes, and is not liable for any errors or delays in receiving or posting content.
HouseSitMexico makes no warranty or representation that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; the results that may be obtained from the use of the website will be accurate or reliable; the quality of any products, services, content, information, or other material purchased or obtained from the website will meet your expectations or requirements; or any errors in the website will be corrected.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from HouseSitMexico or through or from the Site shall create any warranty.
HouseSitMexico provides an advertising service; we do not guarantee the availability or conduct of any housesitter. We do not select sitters for assignments; each individual homeowner makes these decisions.
Homeowners and housesitters may have a contract or agreement between themselves. Members consent that HouseSitMexico has no part of any such agreement or contract. In case of a dispute between members, members agree that HouseSitMexico is not liable for any damages or claims that could arise from such actions.
We do not check the references of the sitters and/or homeowners.
Member Obligations and Conduct
You agree to: submit true, current and accurate information and to keep it updated in the same way during the whole period of your use of the site; to maintain the security of your password and identification. You are entirely responsible for all the content that you upload, post or advertise through the site. You agree not to upload, post or advertise content that is harmful, obscene, inaccurate, pornographic, violent, offensive, harassing or defamatory; that violates or infringes anyone’s intellectual property rights. HouseSitMexico reserves the right to edit or remove content that violates these Terms.
You agree not to transmit any harmful computer viruses through the site.
HouseSitMexico has the right to terminate the member’s use of the site if it suspects that such information is untrue, not current or if the member does not comply with the obligations.
The member agrees that it will not use the site to send spam or junk mail; to manipulate data in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the site; misrepresent your affiliation with a person; pretend to be HouseSitMexico or someone else; disrupt the normal flow of the site or affect negatively the ability to use the site by other members; collect or store personal data about other users.
You are solely responsible for all content that is transmitted through your account and with your password.
You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.
Memberships
The housesitter pays to register for a one year membership. The homeowners registration is free of charge and may register for as long as it is requiered.
A housesitter or homeowner member is entitled to post a personal advertisement offering their services as a housesitter or the homeowners to post a homesit assignment. The member can update at any time the information provided in the resgistration form. The membership entitles you to search the site for housitters or homesitting assingnments and to contact another member.
The personal information provided by the housitters is published in the site including email and phone numbers if provided. The information regarding email address and phone number of the homeowners is only disclosed to the list of registered housesitters.
Advertisement, Promotion and Links
HouseSitMexico may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on the site. HouseSitMexico is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any dealings or as the result of the presence of such third parties advertisements in the site. The communication and dealings with any third party are solely between you and such advertisers.
You may find links to other Internet sites. You agree that HouseSitMexico is not responsible for the availability of such sites and it is not liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on such sites.
