HouseSitMexico does not guarantee the qualifications, availability or conduct of any housesitter.
We do not select any housesitter for any assignment. All the decisions are made by the homeowners under their own responsibility. Our service is to provide the contact between the housesitter and the homeowner with no further responsibility.
The house sitter expects to be asked to perform a number of tasks in exchange for the accommodation.
The homeowner expects that the sitter will accept total responsibility on taking care of the home, pets, garden, and pool. The sitter agrees to maintain your home the same way as if you where there. Pay all the bills on time and take care of your mail and messages.
Here are some of the responsibilities that go with the job of a house sitter. We recommend that the parties incorporate all the conditions that they agree upon in a written agreement. Download Sample Agreement (PDF or Word).
