I own a 2200 mē property with 144 mē house in a peaceful and quiet village right near Puerto Vallarta. I am looking for a house sitter starting from mid March 2008. I am very flexible on dates and duration, but 4-6 weeks should be the minimum.
- No garden work requirement apart from the casual flower watering (a part-time gardener is contracted).
- No maintenance work in the house required (apart from emergencies or stuff like that)
- You should understand and speak *some* Spanish.
- You should be a cat-lover since my 3 indoor tigers will demand food and entertainment on a regular basis.
- On-site amenities: internet access, a computer, a 4WD car, a very small pool.
- It's no problem if you want to spend a night away the gardener will feed the cats and maintain the house occasionally.
